Yes. If you're signed into iCloud on both devices, your tasks, notes, and projects sync automatically between your iPhone and iPad. Sync happens through your private iCloud container — we don't see any of it.

Yes. Daily Driver has no account system and no analytics, and your data lives on your device and in your private iCloud container. The one exception is the optional Daily Driver AI planner: when you ask for a plan, task and event titles are sent to our private server to build it — they're never stored and never used to train models, and the feature is off until you turn it on. Yes. The app is fully offline-capable. Anything you do while offline will sync up the next time your device reconnects to iCloud.

The app is free — tasks, notes, projects, the focus timer, and iCloud sync are all included. Daily Driver AI (AI day & week planning and weekly reflections) is an optional subscription: 7 days free, then US$0.99/month, billed through your Apple Account. Prices vary slightly by region.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. In Daily Driver, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or open your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling during the free trial means you won't be charged at all. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Open Settings → Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases" — this re-checks your Apple Account (needed after a reinstall or on a new device). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with. Still stuck? Email support@getdailydriver.com.

Open the Focus tab, pick Focus / Short Break / Long Break, and tap play. Your session appears on the Lock Screen and (on supported devices) the Dynamic Island, so you can keep an eye on it without unlocking your phone.

From the Today screen, tap the overflow menu (•••) in the top-right and choose "Edit Layout." Then tap the eye icon next to a tile to show or hide it, or drag the handle to reorder.

First, confirm both devices are signed into the same iCloud account and have iCloud Drive enabled in Settings. Then open Daily Driver on both and pull-to-refresh on the Today screen.
